Karryn Olson- Ramanujan is a graduate of Indiana University where she received her degree from the school of Public and Environmental Affairs. She is co-founder of the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute where she is a lead teacher. She currently also teaches courses in sustainability and permaculture at Ithaca College, and is involved with, and helps to maintain the IC Permaculture Garden.

She created her own sustainability consulting business called Strategy, Education & Ecological Design

for Sustainability.
