Dale-Hall is a graduate of Indiana University where where she earned a Master’s degree

in Public Administration and Public Policy. She has a broad background in non-profit

and community development work on behalf of children and families, ranging in

health care to community action.

Since 1992 she has been the CEO and director of The Child Development Council

of Central New York, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, as Dale-Hall marks her

25th year at the helm.
