Actor, director and Assoc. professor in Ithaca College's Dept of Theatre Arts

Henderson has been a professional actor since 1985 in the U.S., Europe and Africa and has performed on stage as well as in film and television. She is the founder of Performing Arts for Social Change which is now a strategic initiative of the Center for Transformative Action at Cornell University. Her work in the area of social justice has earned her the CSPA of New York State’s award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Justice
