Mansfield has worked in the field of Hospicare for many years. She is the author

of the award-winning book “Leaning Into Love: A Spiritual

Journey Through Grief.” She is a student of Jungian philosophy, mythology

and meditation and writes a popular weekly blog about life and loss.

In 1996 she began to experience hearing loss and was later diagnosed

with Meniere’s Disease, a multi-symptom syndrome that leads to hearing loss,

distorted hearing and vertigo. We’ll talk to Mansfield about how she has

navigated this life-changing illness.
