Conductor and educator

Johnston Turner is an active conductor, speaker, and conducting and ensemble clinician in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Canada. She is an Associate Professor of music and conducting at Cornell University as well as Director of Wind Ensembles. Turner taught at the University of Rochester where she directed the Wind Symphony, and served as Director of Music at Parkside High School, Dundas, Canada.
