Visual Artist

McPhail’s body of work is comprised of paintings, drawings, prints, hand built ceramics, collage and handmade paper. Her artwork embodies experimental and traditional techniques and imagery. Her work has been collected by both public and private institutions and private individuals, and has been shown at Columbia University, Garrett Gallery in Cambridge, MA and many more. McPhail often works on social justice, environmental and political issues and she recently had a solo exhibit Hydrofracking Series that appeared at Lightner Gallery at Keuka College.
