years with the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston, where most recently

she was Associate Producer. She played an active role in helping to develop

new plays by writers such as Craig Lucas, Melinda Lopez and Lydia Diamond.

She also served as director for many award-winning plays. O’Gara is the recipient of the Lois

Roach Award for Outstanding Commitment to The Boston Theatre Community.

O’Gara takes the helm at KTC from Artistic Director, writer and  all-around creative force,

Rachel Lampert, who recently retired after 20 years.
