Garbincus is a graduate of TC3, where she completed nursing school

in 2013. She currently works on the surgical floor at Cayuga Medical Center. Earlier

this year she also began work as a nurse in Cardio Rehab at Island Health

and Fitness in Ithaca. Always interested in nutrition, food and diet, she received a certification

for plant-based nutrition from E-Cornell.
