Swenson is an enterprising woman of many interests who has created several fascinating projects and businesses. For 12 years she was owner of Warren Pond Farm, an off-the-grid sustainable farmstead in Brooktondale, NY. For ten years she was an Associate Professor of Journalism and Media Studies at the Park School of Communication at Ithaca College. Currently she is President of Swenson Book Development LLC, which provides a full range of services for writers, including editing, marketing, web design and workshops.
