Communications Professor & author of "America's Battle for Media Democracy"
Victor Pickard is an Associate Professor in the Annenberg School of Communications
at The University of Pennsylvania. He is author of a ground-breaking book about
American media history and policy called America’s Battle for Media Democracy:
The Triumph of Corporate Libertarianism and the Future of Media Reform.
Pickard previously taught at NYU and The University of Virginia and worked on
media policy in Washington,DC.
